FraVeRa Journey B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as "FraVeRa Journey", "we", "us", or "our"), operates as a disclosed agent connecting individual travelers and business partners with health resorts and sanatoriums in Poland.

2. Business Model - Disclosed Agent

FraVeRa Journey operates as a disclosed agent. This means:

  • We do not organize trips or act as a tour operator
  • We connect you directly with sanatoriums and health resorts
  • Your contract for services is directly with the chosen facility
  • We receive commission from the facilities, not from you
  • All prices you pay are the standard rates of the facilities

3. Services

We provide the following services:

  • Consultation and needs analysis
  • Recommendation of suitable sanatoriums
  • Facilitation of contact with chosen facilities
  • Assistance with travel arrangements (optional)
  • Support during your stay (coordination)

4. Booking Process

The booking process consists of the following steps:

  1. You submit an inquiry through our contact form
  2. We analyze your needs and prepare recommendations
  3. You receive information about suitable facilities
  4. You choose a facility and contact them directly (or we facilitate)
  5. You sign a contract directly with the facility
  6. We remain available for support throughout your journey

5. Payments

All payments for sanatorium services are made directly to the facility. FraVeRa Journey does not collect payments for sanatorium stays. Our services are free for individual travelers.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the individual sanatoriums. We will inform you of these policies before you make any booking. FraVeRa Journey is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by facilities.

7. Liability

FraVeRa Journey:

  • Is not liable for services provided by sanatoriums
  • Does not guarantee specific medical outcomes
  • Recommends travel insurance for all travelers
  • Is not responsible for force majeure events

8. Medical Information

Information provided by FraVeRa Journey about treatments and medical services is for informational purposes only. Always consult with your doctor before starting any treatment program.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of FraVeRa Journey or our partners and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
